We've built up a lot of experience dealing with hardware manufacturers and their products. During this time we've encountered all areas of their pre-sales, after-sales and billing departments. We believe that, by providing our clients with Dell hardware, we're able to offer state-of-the-art systems built to the highest specification with components built from market-leading suppliers.

We'd probably make a lot more money if we built systems in-house and supplied them directly to our clients and we'd probably be a lot busier supporting harware faults and various incompatibility issues with drivers and the like. The problem with this though, is that you'd be a lot unhappier - and that's no good to us.

Don't think that because you buy from us the Dell hardware will be more expensive that Dell's own published or online prices. Due to the way Dell pay us our commission we're able to match both Dell's published and online prices. We'll even honour any promotions that may be in effect such as upgrades or free delivery (Small Business promotions only, as a business supplier we are unable to offer home-user systems or promotions).

By doing business this way we can look after the whole process for you. We'll consult and advise on the equipment required, order it for you, liase with all suppliers and then install, configure and maintain it for you. The only thing left for you to worry about is your business and your customers.
